Attendance was down to just over 140 due to the unexpected snow but everyone had a good time. Our annual Christmas party has now celebrated 4 decades with attendance some years up to 200. We sang Christmas songs... had Christmas Specials... a Christmas Message, and rang bells.

We were pleased to watch children drawing from the Money Tree... getting bikes, stuffed animals, toys, and having their picture taken with a Santa helper. The adults also enjoyed their gifts.

After a Christmas lunch there was a checker / chess fun tournament. The only thing missing was YOU!  We wish each of you a Happy New year, which will be  great if you plan a visit to the INTERNATIONAL CHECKER HALL OF FAME !

We wish to thank the 140 plus folks who joined us to celebrate Christ's birthday!  The children enjoyed the gifts, especially the giant teddy bears, bicycles, and drawing from the money tree.

 (Adults enjoyed it too but don't tell the kids, Ha)
